RETAIL SHIPPING & POLICIES
Due to the handmade nature of the items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the details about each product and ask any questions in advance of purchasing! Each item is handmade at the time of order but I will ship within 4-6 business days after the item is paid for. If this timeframe will be longer, I will contact you upon your order if the making time will be longer than 4-7 days.
I do offer low cost fixes on my handmade jewelry items. Most fixes cost $5-10 (depending on the fix) plus shipping both ways. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions!
We do offer our handmade jewelry items as wholesale for brick & mortar or online boutiques! For more information on minimums and pricing, and access to our password protected wholesale site, please email me at email@example.com with your EIN/Tax ID and Store name.
I ship my custom handmade jewelry within 4-7 business days (Mon-Fri are business days) after your order is placed and paid in full. Shipping is via USPS First Class, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing for specific requests as I am happy to rush ship for special occasions. Please allow a few weeks for International shipping.
I ship to the address provided by by you at checkout. Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout because this will be the address provided to me. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for any lost packages if I ship to an incorrect address due to buyer error. If per chance you do accidentally provide the wrong shipping address, if the item is returned to me, I can ship it again at your expense. Please make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout.
If an item is broken upon shipping, please send me a photo of the package and the unworn product within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable; so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
