In Store Exchanges

New, unworn items may be exchanged for other items or store credit with a receipt within 15 days of purchase. We don’t accept exchanges without a receipt.

We do not accept returns for in store purchases. Thank you for understanding the nature of handmade items- we hope you love your purchase!

We fix jewelry! For a small fee, depending on the problem, we can fix your jewelry that was purchased in store.

All sale items are final.


Online Exchanges/Returns

Email us before shipping back any items! Include your full name and order # in your email to cassie@outonalimbboutique.com.

Unworn and unused items in perfect condition may be returned. Must be shipped within 7 days of delivery date to

with delivery confirmation and tracking. Please make sure that items are packaged safely as we can not give return of funds for items broken in transit.

After the 7 day mark, unworn items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery date for another item or store credit.

Worn items/jewelry that have broken may be able to be mailed back to be fixed. There will be charges for most fixes. Email us with your full name, order #, and explanation and we will respond on a case by case basis. Please refer to jewelry care below.

If an item is broken upon shipping, please send me a photo of the package and the unworn product within 24 hours of receiving the item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All sale items are final.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry is handmade using very dainty chain, wire, and stones. While we do our best to ensure that the jewelry pieces are secure and strong, they are all delicate and need to be carefully cared for.

16k Gold Coated and Brass Jewelry

Care instructions:
-do not sleep, shower/bathe, or swim in jewelry.
-do not pull hard on jewelry or wear around small children who may pull on it.
-do not wear lotion or perfume with necklaces, rings, or bracelets.
-do not get 16k gold coated brass or solid brass items wet- brass will oxidize when wet. 14k gold fill and sterling silver jewelry will be safe getting wet with water but must be shined up every once and a while!
-you can purchase a jewelry cleaning cloth to shine up any brass items that have oxidize.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for oxidized metal. Please follow care instructions or purchase a jewelry cleaning cloth to care for your brass items.

16k gold coating for our fashion jewelry is over brass. Eventually the coating will wear off but you can maintain the coating longer by following the care instructions.

SHIPPING

Each item is handmade at the time of order but I will ship within 4-6 business days (business days are Mon-Fri) after the item is paid for. If this time frame will be longer, I will contact you upon your order if the making time will be longer than 4-7 days.

Shipping is via USPS First Class, please email me at cassie@outonalimbboutique.com before purchasing for specific requests as I am happy to rush ship for an extra fee on special occasions. Please allow a few weeks for International shipping.

I ship to the address provided by by you at checkout. Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout because this will be the address provided to me. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for any lost packages if I ship to an incorrect address due to buyer error. If per chance you do accidentally provide the wrong shipping address, if the item is returned to me, I can ship it again at your expense. Please make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout.

WHOLESALE

We do offer most of our handmade jewelry items as wholesale for brick & mortar or online boutiques! For more information on minimums and pricing, and please email me at cassie@outonalimbboutique.com with your EIN/Tax ID and Store name.
